7:00 am Site Open

7:30 – 9:00 am Registration

7:30 – 8:30 am Tech Inspection Open

8:00 – 9:00 am Course Open for Walking

9:00 am Novice Course Walk

9:30 am Mandatory Driver’s Meeting for ALL Drivers

After the meeting 1st Heat Drivers to Grid and Workers report to Worker Chief

10:00 AM 1st Car on Course

Times could vary but our goal is to have a successful event!

We enforce SCCA sound rules at all of our events.

Trophies are handed out at the end of the event after the course is cleared of cones and the event truck is packed – please try and stay for trophies!

BE SURE TO BRING:

Your driver’s license

Your SCCA Member Card (if applicable)

Helmets are required, we do have a few we can loan at the event, for acceptable helmet certifications click link below…

Magnetic class name and numbers, or have CONTRASTING painters tape or electrical tape to create your own on site. (Be mindful it needs to be CLEARLY visible from 50’+ away)

Recommended Checklist:

  • Water / Gatorade (plenty of it)
  • Lunch (No lunch vendor on site, approx. 30 minute lunch break depending on event flow)
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Bug spray
  • Rain gear / umbrella
  • Hat / cap
  • Folding chair
  • Tire pressure gauge
  • Tools, jack, jack stands (please protect the site and use stands that don’t dig into the asphalt)
  • Paper and a pen
