2024 Jerry Shiloff Memorial Empire Hill Climb Announced
The Empire Hill Climb will return again for 2024 as a Detroit Region SCCA sanctioned hill climb.
The 2024 Empire Hill Climb will take place on Saturday, September 21st. Registration for the event has not yet been announced, but will likely open sometime in early July. For this year, the event will be officially named the Jerry Shiloff Memorial Empire Hill Climb.
Jerry Shiloff was a longtime Detroit SCCA member, competitor, and steward. Jerry also competed in the original iteration of the Empire Hill Climb and was integral to the organization of the Empire Hill Climb as an SCCA sanctioned event. In honor of his legacy, the EHC committee chose to name the 2024 event in his honor.
Detroit Region SCCA is excited to see this event continue and is looking forward to collaborating with the Empire Chamber of Commerce to organize another successful weekend.
