The 2023 POR consists of 2 National Tour rallies. SCCA National Office is now requiring that all participants in National rallies must be SCCA members. Therefore, all non-members must apply for a weekend membership. The cost is $20 per person.

Friday and Saturday, September 8 & 9, 2023
You are invited to join us for two 225-mile brisk time-speed-distance, National Tour RoadRally(s) run on the fun and challenging roads of northern Michigan. Each day is sanctioned as a separate rally and points. The Richta GPS Checkpoint app will be used for timing. The cumulative score from both days will determine the overall winners of the 2023 POR. You can expect at least 100 checkpoints each day. First run in 1949, POR (Press On Regardless®) is the oldest continuously run rally in North America. These straightforward (absolutely no traps) Tour rallies will use a mix of unpaved (80%) and paved (20%) roads varying from smooth fast gravel roads to tight and technical single lane roads. While not a car breaker, vehicles with low ground clearance are not recommended. Liberal use of free zones and pauses help you navigate through any rough areas on the route.
Tentative schedule for both days. Pre-registration is required:
11 AM to 12 PM (noon): Competitor check-in at headquarters hotel
12:01 PM: Car #1 receives Route Instructions.
1:01 PM: Car #1 starts rally.
~ 11:30 PM: Car #1 finishes rally.
Headquarters Hotel: Hampton Inn – Gaylord. 230 Dickerson Rd, Gaylord, MI 49735. Phone: 989-731-4000. A block of rooms with 2 queen beds will be held until August 24, 2023, at a special rate of $129/night plus tax. Specify “POR” to get this rate.
Friday, September 8, 2023: Press On Regardless – Friday. SCCA member, $85 per car.
Saturday, September 9, 2023: Press On Regardless – Saturday. SCCA member, $85 per car.
T-Shirts are included in your entry fee. Please provide the shirt size for both entrants.
