Registration is open for Detroit Region’s Twilight Tour TSD on Saturday, April 17!

Last year we lost Twilight Tour due to the pandemic. With the Region’s lessons learned from successfully and safely putting on five road rallies in spite of last year’s COVID-19 threat, Twilight Tour is back! So mark April 17 on your calendar to come join us in the Region’s second road rally of the 2021 season. Registration is open – click here to head over to MotorsportReg for additional event specifics and to register.

Twilight Tour is a late afternoon through evening SCCA RoadRally event. Starting and ending in South Lyon, the rally will traverse some 150 miles of south central Michigan back roads in Washtenaw and surrounding counties. This is always a popular rally, and rallymaster Ken Wiedbusch puts in lots of effort to ensure that it’s appealing to novices and experienced folks both. It is a straightforward time-speed-distance (TSD) competition with no complex instructions, traps or other unfunny stuff. It’s a great reason to come out and enjoy spending the day traveling some fun and scenic roads!

Twilight Tour will use the Richta app for timing and scoring. If you haven’t used the Richta app before, click here to learn what the app is and how to use it.
