As you may well know, Michigan currently does not allow for outdoor gatherings of more than 100 people at a time. In light of this, we are changing up our usual event schedule to accommodate for this. We ask for your cooperation to make this work.

We are splitting up our Solo into distinct Morning and Afternoon sessions with ~70 entrants each. The entry list is currently locked down at 140 entrants, and we will be splitting the entry list into four heats once we secure critical event volunteers for Timing and Scoring. We will email the entrants the run/work order and the worker assignments on either Friday evening or Saturday morning.

This is the new event schedule for the day:

7:00am — Site Opens for Morning Session
7:30-9:00am — Morning Session Registration and Tech open
9:00am — Morning Session Novice course walk
9:15am — Morning Session Drivers Meeting
9:30am — Morning Session runs begin
12:00pm — Morning Session ends, site opens for Afternoon Session

All people who ran in the Morning Session and aren’t a daylong event worker must leave the site.

12:00-1:00pm — Afternoon Session Registration and Tech open
1:15pm — Afternoon Session Novice course walk
1:30pm — Afternoon Session Drivers Meeting
1:45pm — Afternoon Session runs begin
4:30pm — Afternoon Session ends, begin cleanup
5:30pm — Site closes
