Registration open for Son of Sno*Drift XXII!

Kick off the New Year with the 22nd consecutive running of Son of Sno*Drift! SoSD is a winter (hopefully!) rally where the presence of snow and ice makes staying on time an entertaining challenge. Like November’s Pavement Ends rally, Son of Sno*Drift will be using the new virtual checkpoint technology instead of the traditional manned open controls. This means that there will be lots of controls, with many in difficult locations that would otherwise not be usable, to test your team’s ability to stay on time, all the time!

Son of Sno*Drift is a straightforward Time, Speed, Distance (TSD) Road Rally with simple instructions and no traps. NOVICES Welcome!

Roads used on Son of Sno*Drift will be primarily unpaved and run within Livingston, Washtenaw and Jackson counties. Total distance will be approximately 175 miles with two breaks. Mileages will be provided with each instruction, which will be by tulip diagram and written description.

Registration opens at 10:30 AM at Aubrey’s Pizzeria on Pontiac Trail in South Lyon, with the first car starting at 12:31 and finishing at around 8:30 PM.
