General Election of Directors
Every year at this time, the Detroit Region of SCCA holds a General Election for the Board of Directors, as described in our Bylaws which you can read here:

This year, there are four openings for two-year terms in the normal election cycle.
If you would like to have an impact on how the club operates, you should run for a position on the Board of Directors.
The BOD meets once a month on the second Wednesday. The next meeting will be at “ On the Border ” on Haggerty and 8-mile road on October 10.
All nominations should be sent to BOD secretary Brian Thorpe ( thorpebrian@wowway.com ) no later than September 30.
Nominations should include a short Bio which will be published on the ballot. Ballots will be sent out towards the end of October and they should be returned by November 7
