Registration Open for November Day/Night RallyCross and Sunday “Hangover” RallyCross

Registration has been opened for our November day/night RallyCross and Sunday “Hangover” RallyCross at Oakshade Raceway in Wauseon, Ohio.

Entry fee is $95.00  for both days or $50.00 for individual days. Membership required but weekend memberships can be purchased for $15 (applicable to your full membership if you join)

All vehicles must pass tech inspection. All drivers must wear approved helmets and seatbelts.  Loaner helmets will be available but please return them when not in use.

All drivers, passenger, crew and spectators must sign a waiver.

Trophies will be given out based on the scoring for the entire event.  Detroit Region season points will be given out based on the normal Detroit Region scoring rules and the two days will be scored separately for season points.

 

Event Schedule:

 

Saturday Nov 11

10:00 am – begin course setup

10:30 am – onsite registration opens

10:45 am – Tech opens

12:00 noon – 1:00 pm – Test and Tune session. $5 per run or 5 runs for $20.  All cars must pass tech. All drivers must be registered to run the event in order to participate in the test and tune.  If a driver is not registered for the event, there is a $10 fee to cover insurance and sanction fees.

1:00 pm – Novice Orientation – required for drivers who have never competed in a Detroit Region SCCA rallycross event.  An optional track walk with an experienced driver will follow.

1:00 pm – course open for walking, registration closes

1:00 pm – Tech line closes

1:30 pm – MANDATORY DRIVERS MEETING

Sunday, November 12th

Sunrise-9:00 am – Course open for walking

8:00-9:00 tech and registration (single day entrants)

9:00 am – Short driver’s Meeting

9:05-~2:00 – Third run session

2:00- Concession open

2:30 pm – Trophy presentation

Runs will start after the conclusion of the driver’s meeting. There will be 4 runs per entrant in each of two sessions, time permitting, with all runs counting. A dinner break will be scheduled between the sessions.  Evening sessions will be held under the lights but some form of headlights are required and additional driving lights are encouraged.

Run order and work assignments will be announced at the end of the driver’s meeting. When you are not running, you are required to be at your worker station.  If you do not work your assignment, you will be disqualified.
