Trackside Garage Rentals

Hey Racers!
In an effort to increase the appeal of a track day, I was hoping to get some insight into what others think of their track day, and if having access to a garage would be appealing or not. As some of you may know, M1 Concourse in Pontiac is a huge venue with up-scale garage condos located right on the track. There will be a similar track/condo being built by Motorsports Gateway in Howell, and there are some ideas forming at GingerMan as well. The idea seems to be catching on, and I am looking for some insight from those who do Autocross/OTD/Trials/any form of track day. Please see my survey and let me know what you think!
