I have a 1984 Porsche 928 for sale cheap. I have a few others and I am under pressure to reduce my stock by guess who!

This is black auto with a 4.5L v8. It is in fairly rough shape (but complete) which is typical for early 928's.

The transmission does not work. The previous owner said he had some work done on the torque converter. He drove it to a store but when he came out there was no drive so he had AAA tow it back home. That's how I bought it.
I changed the trans oil, 2 gallons of expensive Redline D4 ATF. It took it all so that indicates the trans pump was being driven. This did not cure the problem. I know nothing about autos so I left it. Transmission is a 4 speed from Mercedes Benz.

The engine last "ran when parked". I never believe anyone who says this but this time I am not lying. I had a parts car with a bad injector so I stole one from this car. I have a new injector for it but I have not put the manifold back together yet and due to deteriorating weather conditions and my old age it may not get done for a while.

This is a project for the faint of heart.

Should read: "This is NOT a project for the faint of heart". On the other hand, it could just be w wire came loose!
